KTM-SX1 is the perfect choice for finishing smooth skin steel or fiberglass doors due to its outstanding adhesion, beauty and durability. We offer it in 14 standard colors as shown in the attached detail. KTM-SX1 finish is a self-crosslinked, high quality, non-yellowing, waterborne 100% Acrylic system. Fast to dry it offers outstanding adhesion to many hard to coat surfaces. Our one pack, KTM-SX1 system, self-crosslinks on drying thereby assuring overall hardness and durability of the coating. Typical application and performance properties of KTM-SX1, as supplied, are described in Tables I through Table VII as on PDF Specification Sheet.

Application Temperature:
65 deg F or higher. Surface must be cleaned of milling residues. Care must be taken to clean dirt and/or dust from surface.

Drying Temperatures:
Baking ovens will hasten the drying process. Exit temperatures up to 120 degrees will offer extra fast cures.

Concentrated vapors may be harmful - may cause irritation to nose, throat and lungs. Avoid eye contact, as it may cause severe eye problems. Skin - may cause irritation. May be harmful if swallowed.
